Main feature
1. Progressive melt
We can be satisfied with spraying speed matched with manufacturing requirement because pressurig plate on glue can only melt the layer of glue surface.
2. Gase is separated with glue when heating.
Glue is separated with air by pressuring plate when heating because of O double ring seal between ring of heating plate and interior ring of thermol barrel.
3. Teflon protecting layer
Heating plate is printed by Teflon to aviod PUR being carbonization and lessen blockage.
4. Glue output by stepless speed regulating
Motor controlled by precision gear pump, adopts stepless speed regulating to control output accurately.
5. Main motor is human-based controlled
It can not work with wrong operation until motor runs before the temperature of heating plate does not reach the setting temperature of temperature controller.
6. Signal indicator will work when heating plate reaches bottom
Travel switch, which is set the under part of main gas container, will get signal to turn signal lamp to yellow when heating plate reaches the bottom of glue barrel.
